A holiday rental earns twice as much when properly renovated and furnished. We only handle the works, design and furnishing — the VV licence itself is filed by the owner or their agent.
Renovation that meets holiday-rental requirements
We do not process licences. We renovate the flat so it meets the usual technical requirements: adequate spaces, compliant installations, space for the fire extinguisher, clear evacuation routes, enough sockets, wired wifi and a spot for the ID plaque. The paperwork (cédula, VV licence, tourist registration) is handled by the owner or a specialised agent.
Before we start we tell you clearly which works are needed to pass the technical inspection and what stays outside our scope (paperwork, fees, registration).
Design that maximises yield
An open layout, an open-plan kitchen, a walk-in shower and light materials lift the nightly price by 15-25%. Professional photos after renovation multiply bookings.
We use durable materials: anti-slip porcelain, single-lever taps, washable paint. Guest turnover is high and delicate finishes wear out fast.
Turnkey renovation
We deliver works, appliances, furniture, decoration and photography. We hand over a flat ready for you (or your agent) to list on Airbnb or Booking.
Typical timeline: 4-8 weeks for a 50-70 m² flat.
