Reforma Pro Tenerife is an Italian building team based in Puertito de Güímar working across the whole island: south, north and the metropolitan area. We renovate bathrooms, kitchens, apartments and whole houses, plus flooring, painting, plasterboard, suspended ceilings, doors and damp problems.
We work directly, with no middlemen: the same person who visits your home runs the site and answers the phone when you have a question. Before we start you get a written quote broken down item by item, stating what is included and what is not, so nothing unexpected turns up halfway through.
Every job follows the same order: free site visit, detailed quote, demolition, installations, tiling and cladding, finishes, final cleaning and rubble removal. You can work out an indicative price right now with our official rates and then confirm it with a no-obligation visit.

Obra en marcha: suelo cubierto, rodapiés protegidos y radiador embolsado antes de dar la primera mano. Proteger cuesta una hora y ahorra días de limpieza.

Misma vivienda desde el otro extremo: techo y paredes ya enlucidos y pintados, con la cocina existente protegida mientras se termina la obra.

Cocina en península abierta al salón
La península sustituye al tabique: separa la cocina sin cerrarla y añade sitio para desayunar. Luz LED bajo los muebles altos y en las baldas.
Salón y comedor con balcón
Vivienda de alquiler vacacional: zona de comer junto a la entrada, sofá hacia el balcón y suelo continuo para que el espacio parezca mayor.
Dormitorio con balcón
Dormitorio entregado: gres claro de gran formato, punto de luz central y tomas a ambos lados de la cama, previstas antes de cerrar las paredes.
Baño beige con espejo redondo
Espejo circular retroiluminado, grifería negra y ducha con hornacina. El bidé se mantuvo porque el cliente lo pidió: el trazado se rehízo entero.
Baño con lavabo doble y ducha walk-in
Encimera con dos senos sobre mueble suspendido y ducha abierta con paño fijo de vidrio. La hornacina queda a la vista desde la puerta.
Ducha a ras de suelo con ventana
Plato extraplano, paño fijo sin perfiles y ventana practicable dentro de la ducha: ventila de forma natural y evita condensaciones.
