• Contact details you send us via WhatsApp, phone or email (name, number, message). • Quote form data: type of work, area, surface and description. • Photos of the property you voluntarily send to prepare the quote, including those for the AI quote. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies; only technical cookies (see Legal notice).
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use the data only to answer your request, prepare the quote and arrange the free site visit. The legal basis is your consent and the pre-contractual measures you ask for.
4. Retention and recipients
We keep the data only as long as needed to handle your request and legal obligations. We do not sell or share data with third parties. If you write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation goes through WhatsApp (Meta) servers under their own privacy policy.
5. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to reformaprotenerife@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe the processing is unlawful.
