You live abroad but own a property in Tenerife. We handle the whole renovation remotely: pre-visit, quote, works, supervision and key handover.
How we work remotely
We coordinate via WhatsApp and video calls. You receive weekly photos and a video update with an explanation of each line. Any surprise is communicated to you before we act, with photo and price.
We speak Italian, Spanish, English, German and French. You always deal with one contact, not a chain of technicians.
Services included
Pre-start technical visit, itemised quote, material purchase, execution, quality control, final cleaning and key handover to you or your manager.
If needed, we also coordinate with your building administrator, VV manager or real-estate agent.
Guarantees and transparency
Fixed written quote and signed contract. Milestone payments (no full upfront). Written 2-year warranty on workmanship plus manufacturer warranty on materials.
If you want to come on handover day, we walk you through everything in person. If not, we send a final inspection video.
